Installing instruction for TW-01 SERIES Summary: Put two deck boards abreast; Put long bar tie plate upright under the boards, put one bar every 40cm,(including two ends) Then put one fixing stud on tie plate between two board’s channel; Last put one screw in the fixing stud, and then screw down fast. Making fixing stud and tie plate connection fast.
NOTE: The deck can be spanned to a maximum of 24” span; however, we recommend a 16” span on the center for perpendicular application of the boards. If a diagonal design is done, then a maximum of 12” should be used on center.

When installing WPC railing, standard woodworking mechanical fastener may be used, such as nails, screws, tenon or other metal fasters. 1. Stainless steel or nickel-plated nails or screws are highly recommended to take full advantage of the durability of WPC lumber. 2. More force is required to drive a nail into WPC lumber than regular wood.

Before installing, firstly should prepare hand-holding electricity driller and screw drill rod with diameter 3mm.Using hand-holding electricity driller to drill installing hole every 15.5 cm on tie plate, the drilling depth is about 22-23mm on the tie plate.Then screwing the diameter 4mm length 40mm Cross Screw through......                                                                                                                                              More>>
